At BabyMonitorHub.com, we are committed to providing parents with baby care products that deliver peace of mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward returns process. Please read the following terms to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
- Return Eligibility
- U.S. Purchases: Returns are accepted within 90 days from the delivery date.
- UK & EU Purchases: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, and include all parts and components.
- Initiating a Return
- You must notify us of your decision to return a product by contacting our Customer Service team at Support@BabyMonitorHub.com.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.
- Returns must be sent within two weeks after your request is approved.
- Returns without prior approval or outside of the two-week window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BabyMonitorHub.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Refund Process
Refunds will be processed if the following conditions are met:
- The product was received in new and unused condition, with all parts included.
- The return request was submitted, and the product was sent within the appropriate timeframe.
Refund Details:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:
- The order did not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- The product has already been used or is not in its original condition.
- Sale items or seasonal items are not eligible for refunds (final sale).
- Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Within 12 hours: High chance of canceling and refunding before the order is processed.
- Within 24 hours: Possible to cancel, but the order may already be processed for delivery.
- Between 24-48 hours: Likely that the order has been processed for shipping. If so, the standard return process will apply.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after receiving notification of approval, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card for pending transactions.
- Contact your financial institution if the refund is not reflected.

- Undeliverable Packages
Undeliverable packages may occur due to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages not picked up from local depots.
- Refusal of the package by the recipient.
BabyMonitorHub.com is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable and will not issue refunds for these items. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local postal service to file a claim.
- Exchanges and Replacements
If you have received an incorrect item, or if there is a defect in the product:
- Contact Support@BabyMonitorHub.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
- Provide photos or videos of the defect for faster processing.
- We will work to resolve the issue, whether by replacing the product or issuing a refund.
- Privacy When Returning Items
At BabyMonitorHub.com, we value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the returns process will be securely stored and only used for the purposes of fraud prevention and legal obligations.
